Engine Repair

We rebuild almost any diesel motor utilizing OEM or aftermarket parts according to the customer’s preference. We do not rebuild fuel injection pumps or do engine machine work; typically, fuel components are rebuilt or purchased as exchange units from the fuel specialists and machine work is sent to one of several local machine shops. All motors are sent out with a detailed rebuild spec sheet and a one year guarantee. We also have the capability of optimizing engine performance with Ekotuning.

Transmission Repair

We have the diagnostic equipment and capability to rebuild nearly any Deere transmission, including the new PowerShift and IVTs. We try to find commonsense, cost-cutting solutions such as machining aluminum pump wear surfaces rather than buying new housings, and finding third-party vendors for proprietary IVT components.

We also diagnose and rebuild transmissions in other brands, but have invested somewhat less in specialty equipment.

Diagnostic

We are a full-service repair shop intent on staying current with technology. We have scanners, specialty equipment, and manuals - along with a fully stocked service truck - to at least make an honest attempt at keeping the you working and profitable.
